to sum up this entire game into three words:
high.
speed.
action!!!
this game follows what seems to be a secret agent, stealing the secret documents, then making a clean getaway. Using a gun, crazy awesome stunts, and the man made environment that make up the levels; you make your way past fifty or more guys within every single level.
your gun is more versatile than i had ever thought a game like this could allow for. you can shoot. you can jump and shoot. you and duck and shoot. best of all, you can instantaneously turn around to shoot. allowing for high speed action!
the guys in black have guns too, whoever they are. they don't jump and shoot, but they sure can duck and shoot. they could be lurking behind any door at any time, waiting with a loaded gun ready to just shoot you in the face at any given moment. the only safe place is behind the door you enter to get the secret documents. anywhere else, you're dead unless you make a move quick, allowing for nothing but high speed action!
behind the doors containing the secret documents is the only place to get away from the treacherous dangers within the world of elevator action. you have multiple levels from which to fall to your death from, lamps to drop onto guys, causing blackouts for nearly ten seconds!! the elevators can be used for more than a way to go up and down, but are used as crushing weapons to destroy not only the guys in black, but you as well! the only hope of true safety lies on the first floor... but dare you take the elevator for that long?
all in all, elevator action was far ahead of it's time, and without a doubt one of the best game to ever come out, ever. it remains a necessary staple in the lives of everyone who desires high speed action! if you don't already own it... well no big deal. i would definitely say you should get your hands on this game if the opportunity ever arises for such a thing. there's never a bad time to just sit down and play elevator action, i'd say, it never fails to deliver me high speed action when i need it most.
